Refund policy
At Becalm, we’re committed to creating skincare that’s both clinically effective and emotionally comforting — especially for oily and sensitive skin. While we hope every product meets your expectations, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete shipment
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for opened or used products
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or skin compatibility concerns

Free samples and trial kits are non-returnable
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation
- Shipping fees and COD handling charges are non-refundable
- For partial COD orders, upfront payment will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the delivery hasn't happened due brand-conrollable reasons
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return:
- Email us at care@becalm.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Include your order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description
- Our team will respond within two working days with the next steps
Cancellation:
To initiate a cancellation:
- Email us at care@becalm.com or reach us on WhatsApp before the order is fulfilled
- Fulfilled orders can't be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a fulfilled order, shipping fee and order handling charges will be deducted from the refund
- In case of cancellation or refusal of a partial COD order, the complete pre-payment will be forfeited
Additional Notes
- Becalm reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above criteria
- In the event of disputes, our decision will be final after internal quality checks have been completed
- We do not currently offer product exchanges
